I am looking for 2 students , a couple or 2 friends, to take on my flat from September for a year. I would prefer people who have lived together before. I would like quiet people, respectful of the neighbours and who keep the flat clean and tidy. I will not take single people who have no one to share with, so please do not apply.
Viewing is Sunday 1st Sept 2024, with a moving in day on Friday 6th Sept. I am not viewing the flat at any other time and I would like to meet both tenants then.

My flat is very light, overlooking trees and the hills. It has a large double bedroom and one smaller double bedroom,
a large kitchen/living room and a shower room.
The flat has double glazing, a combi boiler which provides central heating and instant hot water. The kitchen has a hob and oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a large garden out the back to hang up washing and take in the sun.

My landlord registration number is 16642/230/30090.
It has a landlords gas safety certificate, a PAT test certificate, a Legionella certificate and an Energy Performance Certificate.
Council Tax is Band C, but this is not paid by students.
