My flatmate is moving out and her bedroom will be available from the 1rst of September. I am hoping to find a lovely person to replace her.

All bills are included in the rent - the flat is located in Elm Row which is as central as you can get within the city.

Waverly Station is 15 mins walk. Direct door Tram access, Bus station is 10 mins walk. Close to all major city attractions; Calton Hill, Edinburgh Playhouse, the Omni Centre, St James shopping centre (all within 5 to 10 mins walk)

This warm, cozy and comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 3rd floor (top) flat is fully furnished with an open plan kitchen-living room area. The bedroom available has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk.

A bit about me, my name is Izza, I'm a marketer and a spiritual healer, channeler and yoga teacher. I'm passionate by spirituality, yoga, meditation, chanting, history, art, hiking, reading, studying, entrepreneurship...

I'm looking for someone who would love to create a safe space, respect each other space but also would be open to sharing a meal from time to time and create a home and a friendly environment. I'm looking for someone who is clean and respectful of common spaces. Ideally professionals in their 30s.

The tenancy is for 10 months. Sorry, no couples and no pets.
