Flatmate for double-bedroom in Marchmont

We’re looking for a new flatmate to fill our lovely double bedroom in Marchmont. We are looking for a female between the ages of 21-24, please note that we won't consider if you do not meet these requirements..

You would be living with two other girls in their early twenties, Laura and Mollie. The flat includes a large kitchen and dining area, bathroom, cosy box room that we use as a living room, and a fully furnished bedroom (although some of the furniture pictured has been added by the last tenant). Please note that council tax currently is £81 , and bills are £58 (although these should be reduced soon).
