The flat is located in the New Town on Barony street with numerous bus connection. The flat is 5-minute walk to the Edinburgh bus station, Saint James Quarter commercial centre and the Balmoral at Princes Street. This property offers unbeatable convenience and connectivity.
You will share with me. I work from Monday to Friday. The flat features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, you’ll have everything you need to prepare meals with ease.

The shared bathroom is clean, both a shower and a bath. Additional perks include free internet.
I am offering the room at a very low price but you would require to give a deposit of £300 pounds that I will give you back in the check out. As I work from Monday to Friday the check out should be during the weekend or on week days after 7 pm, so I can give you back the deposit and receive the keys.
