4 bed modern flat in Dalry

This is a 4 bed, modern flat with a shared kitchen and living area in Dalry, with only a 10 minute walk to haymarket. It comes with 2 parking spaces (one will be in use by myself) It has one shared bathroom and one en suite (not in the room advertised), and 3 of the rooms are already taken. The council Tax band is E and the EPC rating is B. We are looking for a fun, friendly 1st/2nd year student to share with 3, 18 year old heriot watt 2nd year students. We love having nights out, hosting pre’s, brunch dates, meeting new people and spending time with friends. We would love to have another girl come along with us and have a fun uni year :)
