Modern and spacious double bedroom in the two bedroom flat is available to rent now for the short term .

Minimum stay is negotiable and the rent will be calculated accordingly.

The flat is located in very desirable and trendy location in the city centre at Chalmers street. It is very peaceful neighborhood overlooking the Meadows Park but only five minutes to Grassmarket and Princess street is within walking distance too.

You will share the flat with the married couple and our friendly cat Oscar and will have an access to the the kitchen and dining area + shared bathroom. Linen and towels will be provided.

I am looking for the mature and quite people who will respect the place and flatmates. Smoking, partying and guests are forbidden.

Languages spoken in the property are English, Bulgarian and Russian.
