Festival Let August Double Room In Artist Flat

Hi there,

I am renting out my spare bedroom over August in my really gorgeous flat in the heart of Leith.

Tram stop is THE SHORE, 1 min. away walking distance. Lovely neighbourhood with bakeries, cafes & bars, 1 min. away.

The room itself is cosy, with a double bed, a wardrobe and a large set of drawers. It has beautiful pocket doors opening to the living room and another entrance door. The flat has a big bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen and living room are one big room (loft style). The flat itself has beautiful period features like the brick wall and columns in the living room. And of course a balcony that goes out to a quiet courtyard.

I'm a self-employed writer and visual artist in my 30s, I'm pretty easy going and have lived in shared flats for over a decade.

Since this is only a short term let, it is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
