1 Bedroom to Rent in a 2 Bedroom Flat on McDonald Road, right next to Leith Walk. Easy access to local transport with trams and bus stops being less than 2 minutes away that take you to all the corners of the city.

Loads of shops, amenities and places to visit in very close proximity to the flat. Such as Prince's Street, and Portobello Road if you want to get sand between your feet this summer!

I'll be sharing the flat with you, as I live here full time. It is a very clean flat, but it is a bit old so it isn't perfect. We do look after it and the landlord is incredibly nice and considerate so we have no worries about that. I have recently graduated Technology and Computer Sciences with an Honorary Bachelors from Glasgow Caledonian University and currently looking to move upwards in my current work. So expect to hear some nerd chatter every now and again. I do like to socialise so if you want to hang out, or chat, just let me know and I'd be happy to!

I also have a cat that is incredibly friendly and a little vocal, so would prefer people who are pet friendly and not allergic to cats specifically.

Bills are not included in the cost as there is the council tax, energy, and broadband to consider.

Heres a rough breakdown of what I'd expect you to pay:

Rent: £600 pcm per person

Tax: currently about £105 per person

Energy: (with OVO Enegy, depends on our usage) anywhere between £75 - 100 pcm total

Broadband: £15 per person, at most but we have unlimited high speed, so if you're a gamer/heavy computer user like me its great

Total: £750-820 pcm depending on energy usage
