Great location with the canal being a few minutes walk, great for walking/running or cycling.
Free parking facilities. No permit required.
There is 2 vacant rooms one on the ground floor of this flat which will have a shared toilet and shower facilities with 1 other flatmate. 1 on top floor with shared facilities with other flat mate.
I am a 3rd year MH Nursing student, I'm a clean, super chill person, I'm usually out of the house either working or at the gym or catching up with friends. I will be starting placement come September and also have a busy year so need someone that will be respectful of this.
Other flatmate also female 3rd year nursing student.
All student flat, if your a professional be aware that you will be liable for council tax, you will be eligible for a 25% exemption.
Rent 475 for this month, then 550 going forward from the 26/09.
