Spacious Double Room by the Meadows

Hi! We're looking for someone to move into our friendly first-floor flat starting 16th September.

The room is bright, spacious, and fully furnished. It gets the morning sun and has lots of storage and floor space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new hob, big fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, etc. and all the plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and cutlery we could ever need. Seriously there are about 20 spoons alone.
We also share an airy living room with a large dining table, TV and pull-out sofa bed -very comfy. The bathroom has an electric shower and plenty of space for toiletries. There is also a shared garden out the back.

The flat is right by the Meadows so all amenities are very close by and can be reached on foot, if you have a car you can get a parking permit for the area (from the council) and park on the road.

We are both young professionals, an ASN teaching assistant and archaeologist, so we need another young professional to pay the council tax with us :) it's £66.33 each.
We both work in-person and would prefer someone who completes the majority of their work outside of the flat, just to keep broadband costs down.

We love to do film nights and have friends over for dinner and games. I love to exercise so a running buddy is always welcome, or to taste-test my weekly baking. Katie is an avid reader and more introverted but will show you pictures of her cat.

Bills and broadband aren't included in the price but amount to £40 per month.
