- Must be an enrolled Edinburgh university student for the full duration of the upcoming academic year
- Must be willing to agree to 1 year contract paid in full with landlord (this will enable you, however, to forgo needing a guarantor)
- £320 per week * 51 weeks + initial £250 deposit to be paid in full at start of contract
