Double room to rent in a first floor two bedroom flat five minutes walk from Haymarket station. The room is a comfortable size and comes furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and side table. The flat has a separate kitchen and living room (seen in pictures) and a spacious entrance lobby.

I'm a 28 year old professional splitting my time between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Ideally, a potential flatmate would share some of my outdoors interests/ hobbies and be interested in spending a bit of time together outside of the flat as well.
