Hi all,
I am moving away for work and am needing someone to take my room. You as the incoming tenant will sign a lease on October 1st, however an earlier move in may be an option. I will have moved out after 1st September so the room will be free to take.
The monthly rent is £700, not including utility bills or council tax.
You will be sharing with my flatmate who is planning to stay for the foreseeable. He’s a trainee solicitor who is looking for another professional to share with.
It’s a double bed room with plenty of storage, including a large utility cupboard and hallway with cupboards. My flatmate’s room has an en-suite, so you’ll basically have a bathroom to yourself.
The flat itself is very modern, with a newish oven, fridge and washing machine. The flat even includes a balcony, which is very useful for washing and the occasional drink!
You will be based in a quiet residential block just off the bottom of Easter Road. The flat is only a 5 minute walk from a large Tesco and Lidl, along with many pubs and restaurants. There are also very good bus and tram links nearby, and is prime for commuting into the city centre.
I am looking for a replacement as soon as possible, so please give me a message if you are interested in arranging a viewing. Ideally, the new tenant will be professional who has a 9-5 weekday job like my flatmate.
