Newly Renovated Student Room in Murrayfeild

We have one bedroom available in our three bed flat. The flat has recently been renovated, so paint, carpet and furniture is all brand new. Located in Murrayfeild, it is in an ideal location for students at Heriot Watt University or Edinburgh Napier as well as University of Edinburgh and QMU. The flat is situated a two minute walk from Balgreen tram stop and there are bus routes running along the street. We are two students who would prefer a sociable flatmate who is also tidy and respectful. We like to go out to the pub, but also enjoy an evening on the couch watching movies and eating snacks. As students we also do not pay council tax therefore we would prefer another student as our third flatmate
