Hiya! I am currently looking for someone to fill my room in this flat. The flat is a lovely and spacious 2 bed in Meadowbank. A 5 minute walk to Abbeyhill & Easter Road, and plenty of shops right across the street from the flat itself.
The flat as a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom, with a bath!
My current flatmate is wonderful, she is a student at the University of Edinburgh and is extremely respectful and tidy whilst living in a shared space.
We are looking for another student to fill this room, as to avoid paying council tax. We also prefer for a female or LGBTQ+ person to fill this space!
Bills are roughly £50-60 plus wifi of £10 per month.
