Room near RIE and shops

Recently decorated, quiet room available from 25th July.

The room:
Single bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat
The room has a large, built in wardrobe, new mattress, bed, newly carpeted floor. The room comes with the desk and a chair (not the ones on the photos). New curtains (not on pics).
Modest sized, clean shared kitchen and bathroom. Bills are not included and alltogether come to ~£90/month (broadband, gas, electricity, council tax).

The flat:
2nd floor flat, new carpets fitted in July in the hall and lounge. Other residents in the building are super nice. I am a live-in landlord, I like to keep the flat tidy, but am super chill and happy to make plans together.

Location:
3-minute walk to shops and bus stops, GP, amenities. 20 minutes on the bus to town. Cameron toll and Fort Kinnaird are also in good proximity with gyms and shops. The Royal Infirmary is walking distance.

Me:
I'm 27, I like films, music, the gym, coffee, art, cooking.
