Harrison Park Flat by Union Canal

We are looking for a new person to move into our 3-bed property in Harrison Gardens. Current tenants (Ben and Sam) are a PhD student working in medical research and a bartender managing a pub in Tollcross. Working professionals preferred but also open to mature students (masters, PhD etc.). We're both social and outgoing guys but also respect each other's personal space. In our spare time we like art, playing music, camping and going to the pub.

Our flat is kept very tidy and we don't allow smoking indoors. Main features include a kitchen/living room that is the centrepiece of the flat, as it has a corner window great for chilling, watching the sunrise and having your morning coffee next to. Our kitchen is equipped with an all important air fryer and all other amenities necessary. The bathroom has a bath/shower and is also kept very clean. The bedroom on offer contains a double bed, wardrobe, desk and annex next to the window (good place to sit and read).

The flat is based in an ideal location as it is next to Harrison Park and the beautiful Union Canal. The location doesn't have the noise and bustle of the inner city, but the city centre is very accessible by both bus and by foot (Tollcross and the meadows only a short walk along the canal and Haymarket can be walked to in 10 mins through Dalry).

Excellent transport links near our road - 27 and 35 bus to Middle Meadow Walk; 34 and 44 bus to Meadowbank; 25 bus to Leith and Princes St; 38 to royal infirmary and West Granton.
