Currently available for the remainder of Fringe for anybody looking for a place to stay.
And then available for rent after the Fringe period as well for students or professionals.
We are a couple of creatives that enjoy making art, animation, photography, filmmaking, music etc, and we are interested in cooking, learning, boardgames and exercise.
The potential flatmate we are looking for shluld be tidy, have good hygiene, no smoke, drugs, alcohol, and be respectful and nice.
There is no livingroom area, but a share bathroom and kitchen.
We are currently installing the flooring in the hallway and bathroom, but aside from that, the room is available to move into.
There is no wifi (yet) in the flat either.
Will be updating the ad with bill and council tax costs after the fringe period!
