Furnished double room available in Edinburgh for SUN/MON to FRIDAY LET ONLY (ocasssional weekends may be possible on agreement).

Furnished with double bed, 2 x bedside tables, desk & chair and built in wardrobe). As well as access to bathroom (with bath), livingroom/kitchen. I work away throughout the week therefore 90% of the time you will have the whole flat to yourself whilst you are there (in cases when i will be around midweek i will let you know in advance).

I am flexible if you would like the property on sunday evening prior to the working week or from the Monday. I can also be flexible during holiday periods such as Christmas when you may not require the property for 2 weeks, and can reduce rent accordingly.

The property is part of a quiet, new residential area with acess to parking outside.
The property is 15 mins by bus/car to the city centre, close to the RIE and Edinburgh University/Queen Margaret University. It is a 10 minute walk to Fort Kinnaird retail park and there is shops within walking distance as well as excellent transport links.

All bills included (within reasonable use) including high speed broadband.

Looking for a working professional or mature student who is tidy and respectful who will look after the property to the current standard as i take a lot of pride in my home :)
