Double room with walk-in closet available from mid/end of February (exact date TBC). The flat is really nice, spacious and bright. It is located in the city centre, 10min walk to Waverly, with trams and many bus connections just around the corner.
The rent is £650 + bills which are about £165 per month.
You'll be sharing the flat with myself, Anna, a 31 year-old working in marine conservation.
During the week I mainly work from home with 1 day in the office, and enjoy being active in my spare time, usually running, playing tennis and hiking/cycling at the weekends.
I would be looking for someone friendly, clean, tidy, and considerate to live with. Looking for professionals only, ideally, I would like someone to not be working from home. I am sociable and respectful of other people's space, so looking to find someone like-minded to share the occasional TV night in, cooking, a glass of wine, and a nice chat with.
