Hiya! I'm currently looking for someone to take over my flatmates double room after she's away in the end of September.
The flat is fully furnished located in a gorgeous historic court yard at the foot of the high street roughly 15 minutes walk from Cowgate and the same to Waverley Station. Big Lidl and Sainsburys in walking distance and a wee Tesco even closer.
Bills come to roughly £200 per month including council tax (band E), utilities, wifi and insurance (required by landlord)
I'm looking for a friendly, relatively clean flatmate who's quite laid back.
