Cosy room available in city centre

Hi!

I will be subletting my cosy room from September until January 2024 (flexible with dates).

You will be sharing the flat with one other person, a working young, female professional who enjoys nature, music, cooking , hiking and dancing.

The flat is very spacious with a shared living room and kitchen. It is equipped with all the necessary items such as bedding, pots and pans, knives and forks, etc.
There is a bicycle shed and a shared garden.

The neighbourhood is very safe and friendly. The flat is very central, 5 mins walk from the Meadows, 2 min walking distance from a shop, post office and there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars around too. The public transport is excellent. Despite it being so centrally located we are lucky that it is down a quiet street and there is minimal noise, so you can sleep easy.

It is a warm, friendly and welcoming flat and we like to hang out together, e. g eating together and watching movies together. We want it to feel like a home away from home. We share chores evenly to make sure the flat stays clean and tidy (clean space= calmer environment to live in).
We also understand that quiet time is needed and we treat this space as a place to rest, recover and re-charge our batteries. For that reason we are not a party flat and avoid having people over frequently.

The rent includes all bills such as council tax, Wi-Fi and electricity.
Please no smokers or couples, sorry.

We expect a high volume of interest so we will not answer any messages where you haven’t told us about yourself.

My flatmate is also subletting her room for a month from the end of September to the end of October, which is the reason you might see another advert posted for the same flat.
