The flat is fully furnished with a shower and bath. A large airy sitting room and Kitchen.
The Spare room contains a double bed, a new mattress, a cupboard, a chest of drawers and a desk.
20 minute walk to Gyle shopping centre.
10 minute walk to tram and train stop and multiple bus routes very close by.
Short walk to local LIDL and Tesco.

Double bedroom available for £650/month (excluding bills)

Ideally looking for like a young student although that is only a preference.

- Are easy going, clean, tidy and enjoy a peaceful environment and are conscious flatmates may be working/ studying at home.
- Will treat the flat like a home and look after it responsibly and reliably
- Able to stay long term, ideally 9 months or longer and make it a real HOME
