Looking for a comfortable, well-located home in Edinburgh? I’m offering a bright double room in my 2-bedroom flat in the peaceful Craigentinny area. I’m the live-in landlord and would love to find someone who’s looking for a friendly, relaxed living space.

About me:

I’m a 27-year-old, easy-going, social, and calm person. I am Edinburgh born and bred so I know all the best spots and recs in case you may be new here :) I recently graduated from university and am currently working outwith my field while applying for graduate jobs. I’m into all things nature and physical activity, so I enjoy outdoor adventures and staying active – though you certainly don’t have to be! I’d appreciate living with someone who shares similar vibes and enjoys a peaceful yet social environment.

About the Room:

Stunning views of the lush golf course at the rear – ideal for walks and relaxation.

Location Highlights:

The flat is ideally positioned between the city centre and nature spots like Leith, Portobello Beach, and Arthur’s Seat – offering the best of both worlds.
Excellent bus links with stops right outside the flat. The 19, 21, 25, and 49 routes offer quick and frequent access to key areas of the city.
Plenty of on-street parking and a secure bike hangar just outside the building.
A wide range of amenities nearby, including shops, cafes, and parks.

Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. The flats in the block are made up of OAPs and young families so this would need to be respected in terms of noise levels!

What I’m Looking For:
I’m seeking a calm, social, and easy-going flatmate who enjoys a friendly, respectful living environment. The flat is strictly non-smoking and drug-free. While I’m not looking for someone who’s into heavy partying, I do want a flatmate who enjoys socializing and is open to a friendly chat – it’s important to me that we can get along and not just pass each other like ships in the night.

You should be polite, clean, and respectful. An animal lover is an absolute must, as I share the space with a furry companion – this is non-negotiable! Those who work from home are welcome, but due to the nature of shift work, this flat might not be suitable for shift workers. Also, I have a zero-tolerance policy toward any hateful, racist, sexist, or discriminatory views. Kind souls only, please :)
