The bedroom is a good size and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and a desk, along with blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep. The flat benefits from a quiet atmosphere, facing west with a spacious balcony to the east.

Rent includes all bills (Wi-Fi, gas, electricity), except for the council tax.

The location is very convenient, with a bus stop just a minute away, providing quick access to the city centre (number 30 and 33). There is another bus stop around 10 min away with even more connections to the other parts of the city.

I am seeking a responsible and independent tenant, I am not going to be around for the summer, so you will effectively have the whole flat to yourself.
