Beautiful Modern Double Bedroom (For Let)

Hello!

We would like to let out our spare double room in our family home. We are very relaxed household and open to any tenants regardless of age, gender or religion.

We have a double bedroom available for rent. We are more than happy for couples to apply (prices will vary depending upon single/double occupancy).

The bedroom has been recently decorated and is fitted with a new double bed, We can provide clean bedding etc whenever necessary for the tenant.

The bathroom was recently fully refurbished with both a bath and a monsoon shower available for your use. The bathroom would be shared with ourselves during the entirety of your stay.

The flat is located a 5 minute walk away from Leith Walk. Access to the city centre is extremely easy with several buses and the tram within a few minutes walk.

We'd ideally prefer short term lets but are more than willing to negotiate with dates and prices depending on the length of the stay etc.

My partner and I both work full time so will often be out of the flat. However we are quiet, respectable and considerate flatmates.
