Hello guys ,
Sad news here as our roommate Steve is moving out of the flat, after 4 years living with us. So we have a large double room available now on Merchiston Avenue (EH104NZ) from September 15th. Great location, between Morningside and FoutainPark.
30min walk from Princess Street and several connecting buses to the main areas of the city.
The flat is big (4 rooms) with common kitchen and the toilet separated from the bathroom.
We are looking for a new flatmate, that is clean and tidy, mature, non-smoking and of course easy-going 🙂 Ideally we would look for professionals for council tax reason.
We are, at the moment, 3 in the flat and looking for the 4th. Melissa (F, 26y old) who is working full-time (full office) as a Receptionist in a student accommodation, Thais (F, 33y old) who is working as an event coordinator full-time and Lorna (F, 26y old) who works at a climbing centre.
When you email, don’t hesitate to write a bit more about yourself (age, occupation, hobbies, etc.)😊
The private landlord may ask, along with a passport, for pre settlement / settlement.
It would be nice to have someone who is up for dinners or hanging out sometimes, we respect each other’s privacy though of course so no activities is mandatory:) we also have a large double room and a film projector
