My mate is moving out as he has graduated from his PhD, so i'm looking for someone to take over his room.

Criteria:
Must be a student who is a UK National/Resident for council tax and water subsidies reasons.
Longer term lets preferred.

Location:
The flat is located in a quite area of Morningside with a bus stop near by, from there is it 20 Mins to Princes Street and 15Mins to Kings buildings so ideal for a UoE, Napier or Herriot-Watt student.

Bills and amenities:
1) Letting agency:
Rent - £600pcm
Deposit protection scheme - £550pcm

2) We organise/pay:
Wifi - £35pcm (ultrafast)
Gas/electrics - £75-£150pcm dependent on Summer/Winter

Total - Around £750pcm

Shared Living areas:
Fully furnished living room, kitchen and plenty of storage space. Items include TV, clothes and dish washer, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment.

Bedroom:
South facing fully furnished large double bedroom.

Hello! My name is Dewi, a Second year Engineering Ph. D at UoE. I'm Welsh, so quite used to the weather here by now! I like to sail, run and produce music in my spare time. I am looking for a tidy and considerate flatmate, whoes also sociable and up for a pint and a pub quiz now and then when my mates are over.

I will be living in Edinburgh for at least 2 years so looking for someone to take over for more than short term. It is also a 2 bedroom flat, so would want a chat before signing any paperwork to see if we get along.
