Looking for student roommate for central flat

Hi! I’m Rosa, 19yo and recently moved to Edinburgh from Berlin to study. I took over my uncle’s apartment, an old two and a half bedroom flat, it’s central, well-connected to many bus lines and quiet, but, as I only moved in recently. The flat consists of my bedroom, a small room I use to sew, a furnished kitchen, a bathroom with a standing shower, two small storage cupboards, and a room (aprox. 6x3 metres) with bay windows and high ceilings. The room has built in shelves, a tv, a coffee table and a large wardrobe and a double bed. There is no living room but there’s a decent sized kitchen, with a dining table and chairs and hopefully soon a small sofa. The rent would cover the council tax (band C) and tv licence, but not other bills, these amount to roughly 100-150£ a month when split between us.

I’m looking for someone easy-going, friendly and considerate, as I mentioned, it’s a quiet place with mostly elderly neighbours. I have a strong preference for a female roommate. I’m quite a quiet, relaxed, friendly person, moving out for the first time, but I plan on being as tidy and considerate as possible.
