Looking for a new flatmate to share a spacious, modern 2 bedroom flat in Abbeyhill area. Close to town (20 mins walk to Princes St), with lovely views of Arthur’s Seat and Calton Hill. Rent for the room is £700pcm.

Looking for someone, clean and tidy who respects each other’s space. But would be lovely to make a friendly connection and socialise over shared interests!

I’m a mature student studying Literature, and working a couple of part-time jobs - so fairly busy but I am in the flat a few evenings a week. I love music (I do play guitar a little but nothing too noisy don’t stress!), films, art and books!

Ready to move in straight away. Bedroom unfurnished (save for shelves pictured) and has a good-sized built-in wardrobe. Flat has two bathrooms, so you’d have your own! Loads of bus connections right outside going towards Portobello or into town.

Another student would be ideal, someone who's queer friendly and veggie or vegan would be amazing! 🌈
