Cozy Leith Flat Available

Hi there! My flatmate is heading home to Australia so I am looking for a new flatmate to join our cosy Leith apartment. The flat is fully furnished (bed and mattress, all kitchen utensils, washing machine, balcony furniture etc) and you will have your own bathroom. It is very close to Leith Links, Lidl and Tesco, bus stops and the tram line. Rent is £675 plus bills and council tax. Looking for a young professional to join (again council tax…). Looking to fill the room from September 17.

A bit about me… I’m an Aussie living in Edinburgh. Outside of my 9-5, a typical week for me includes nights chatting away at home, watching Netflix, going out for pub quizzes and heading on weekend trips through Scotland. Our place feels very homey and we like to keep a tidy space amongst our flat’s large mug collection.
