I’m looking for a flatmate to share a lovely, spacious house with a beautiful garden in a quiet area. The house features central gas heating, a gas hob, fully-furnished kitchen, and on-street parking. It’s just a 5-minute walk to an express Tesco, Greggs, takeaways, and a pharmacy.
You’ll have easy access to buses (numbers 22, 1, and 2) to reach the city center, and buses 25 and 35 to get to Heriot-Watt University, and 38 to get to King's Building.
About me: I’m a female PhD student at Heriot-Watt University. I’m sociable, clean, and enjoy cooking. While I mostly work from the university, I might be home occasionally.
I’m seeking a clean, quiet, and mature flatmate who would also be interested in hanging out and having occasional chats.
Rent Details:
Bills not included, but heating costs are reasonable and should not exceed £150 per month.
Preference for a female student flatmate to avoid council tax, but non-students are welcome to inquire, and we can work something out.
