we are looking for a tenant to occupy my room in this new flat on rose street in edinburgh! it’s obviously a phenomenal location and a lovely property.
we are hopefully looking for someone to move in on/around friday the 13th of september, and the room will be available until december/january.
you’d be living with the lovely elo, who is a good laugh and loves movies and music, and is a very relaxed flatmate. She is a recent graduate, and would prefer a girl/female to move in.
Rent is £750 pm excluding bills (which we are yet to fully work out as we have just secured the property this week- also hence why these images are taken from our viewing)
