I’m offering a bright double bedroom with a private bathroom in my modern two-bedroom flat near the sea.

With excellent bus links to the city, it is just a 7 minute bus ride to the Western Hospital and 15-20 min to town centre. It comes with allocated parking.

The room would be £600 a month inc all bills Monday- Friday (up to 4 nights a week Monday to Friday).

I can also offer full time short lets (1-4 months) for £1000 a month inc all bills.

You’ll share the flat with me, a friendly professional who works from home, and my affectionate Persian cat.

Ideal for post grad students or professionals commuting to Edinburgh for work, who need a clean quiet and lovely room in the evenings.
