Room in central area short or long term

I am looking for a flatmate (preferably female) starting from October for short or long term in a 2 bedroom flat. Ideally I would like this person to be tidy and cleaned, as well as sociable. I am currently working full time, I am a quiet and respectful person. The flat is located in a very central area on the Leith walk with very ideal bus connection such as 16,22,25,11,10,7,14 and tram stop and it has two bedrooms, a desk in room, bathroom with bathtub, free parking space and a washing machine with dryer. It is located 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
