Unfurnished Double Room In Stockbridge :)

My lovelyyy flatmate is moving in with her partner, so a cozy double room is up for grabs in our flat. The flat is right by Stockbridge market. The room is unfurnished, so the furniture in the photos won’t be staying, but the rest of the flat is fully furnished. We’ve got a spacious living room, a shared bathroom with a shower, and a well-equipped kitchen.

A little about me: I’m 27, originally from Glasgow, and work from home Monday to Friday. I’m pretty laidback, clean/tidy and sociable and enjoy the gym, travelling, weekend drinks and general good vibe hangouts. I also enjoy a local cafe and pub trip, so I’m hoping to find a flatmate with a similar vibe! This will need to be a young professional as unfortunately students won’t be accepted by agency!

The room is provisionally available from the 1st of October, but the date could be flexible depending on when my flatmate's new place is ready – could be a bit earlier or later.

Rent is £650 per person, not inclusive of council tax/bills etc. Message for more info on that.
