Room for Short Term Let

I’m looking to rent out a room in my flat from January for a while (I’m flexible on time and dates). I would also consider a mon-fri arrangement at a reduced rate.

Sorry all the photos are on their side! Cannot work out how to fix that 🤨 recently had my kitchen and living room done (hence why it is difference in the first photo)

The room is a double room and although not en-suite, I have an en-suite bathroom so barely use the main bathroom.

The room currently has a double bed, some cupboards and built in wardrobe (cow boy hats and slow cooker will be removed before someone moves in 😆).

I live in the other room. I work from home a few times a week. But otherwise I have a busy work and social life so like my flat being peaceful and tranquil the rest of the time! I quite often have things on in the evening but when I’m in I enjoy cooking and chilling out watching tv.

I’m looking for a responsible flat mate who is tidy and respects their environment and also has a busy work/social life of their own. It is probably best for someone who prominently doesn’t work from home.

There is lots of parking in the development and it is a ground floor flat so I have access to a private patio area.

The flat is just off Ferry Road and close to Inverleith Park and about a 15 min walk to central Stockbridge. It is also close to lots of bus links to the city centre (also walkable), Leith and other areas of Edinburgh. If it’s further out than you wanted it is worth seeing because I originally thought that but now love the location

I don’t currently have a dog but I am looking into getting a puppy so you would need to be comfortable with a four legged third flatmate!
