Beautiful big room in a tenement flat

I have a lovely room in a traditional tenement building available in October. It's a truly beautiful room, super spacious, with an ornate fireplace, chandelier, and a walk in closet (mattress is included!!). The flat itself is full of light and has wooden floors with a fully fitted kitchen, small fridge, freezer and washing machine. There's a shared back garden and on street parking available.

It's located to the west of the city in Polwarth, which is only a 15 minute bus to the city centre and is close to lively areas like Fountainbridge. The closest bus stop is just around the corner and there's a corner shop, pharmacy, cute cafe, local pub and food spots just below!

I take good care of the flat. I like my alone time, but I'm always up for a chat and would like to make friends with my new flatmate :)
I live alone in one room but my boyfriend will be with me for a few months in the coming year, so I'm also open to couples!
