Looking for responsible renter to stay in my Edinburgh home, and share with one other tenant. I have one double rooms available from March until mid July. It would be possible to rent it again in September.
The flat is next to the beautiful Holyrood park (Arthur’s seat and Salisbury Craggs), and very close to bus routes to the city centre, which is also walkable, as well as Portobello beach. Easily accessible to Edinburgh University.
As this is my home (I live in Canada, currently) the flat is very well maintained, and well furnished, complete with crockery, cookware, and so on.
There is a small garden at both the back and front, which is very unusual for Edinburgh tenement properties.
It truly is a gorgeous place!
