Two double rooms available in sunny ground floor

Looking for responsible renters to stay in my Edinburgh home. I have two double rooms available. Flexible with dates, however, I like it to be vacant for my own use for a week in early January and for a two weeks during the summer (late July/early August). I usually figure something out with the tenants, and coincide it with their travels.

The flat is next to the beautiful Holyrood park (Arthur’s seat and Salisbury Craggs), and very close to bus routes to the city centre, which is also walkable, as well as Portobello beach. Easily accessible to Edinburgh University.

As this is my home (I live in Canada, currently) the flat is very well maintained, and well furnished, complete with crockery, cookware, and so on.

There is a small garden at both the back and front, which is very unusual for Edinburgh tenement properties.

It truly is a gorgeous place!
