Double bedroom in Comely Bank

Hello! I have been living in this nice flat in Comely Bank, right across from Inverleith Park and close to Stockbridge/ Dean Village for four years now and am looking for someone to move into the second bedroom because my flatmate will be moving out in October.

I am in the final year of my PhD but will be finishing in December so looking for a professional to help with council tax bills etc. (Council Tax band D - around £100/month) and utilities which are £40-60/month currently.

The spare room has a double bed and plenty of storage. The rest of the flat consists of a lovely and bright sitting room, small kitchen and shared bathroom.

I am a fairly active person so enjoy going for runs and hikes at the weekend or just grabbing coffee and browsing the charity shops in Stockbridge, if they sound fun to you then we'll probably get on well!

The flat is managed by Murray and Currie property so you will need to pass their requirements and referencing checks before you can move into the property.
