The house is situated within steps of the Pentland Hills, but a moments walk through the cul-de-sac to the bus stop where you can catch buses 27 or 5 to Napier or Edinburgh Uni or town easily. You can walk within minutes to the supermarket as well or, there is a driveway and ample free parking.
I have a friendly cat, so the applicant must be happy with this!
There is a great garden and outdoor space to relax in.
You should want to live in a clean and tidy space and clean up after yourself.
