Two ensuite rooms to sublet!

These are two rooms in a 5-people ensuite including all bills. As it is a student accommodation, you need to be a student. The flat is on the third floor and contains a private bathroom, but you need to share the kitchen and the living room with other people. All flatmates are quite good and quiet. There are supermarkets, bus stations and restaurants nearby. There is a Co-op downstairs, Tesco opposite, Sainsbury's, Chinese supermarket, Starbucks and other businesses nearby. There are bus routes 7 14 49 directly to the GS campus. The accommodation has its own free cinema room where you can watch movies and karaoke and a gym that you can use.

The available rent date is now-2025.08.30. The start date of moving in is flexible, but you need to stay until the end (30th August).
