Hi,
I'm Marc, German, 31 years old and work in Finance. My current flatmate is moving out on October 1. due to relocation within the company. The room is furnished in a modern apartment with a private bath tube and toilet. The apartment has a kitchen with an oven, freezer, fridge, laundry machine, microwave and dishwasher.
You can find the floor plan on the Lochrin Quay website -> 2 Bedroom apartment (unfortunately Spare does not allow me to add the link).
We have a cleaning service coming every two weeks.
Bills will include cleaning service, electricity, water and council tax: 850-890GBP per month.
The flat is very centrally located (not far from Haymarket, Royal Mile, etc.), and well connected via buses from Tollcross.
The building complex also has a parking spot (~100GBP per month) and a rooftop terrace.
I'm looking for a professional (a requirement from the landlord) and a normal clean individual, unfortunately, I have long working hours but always up for a chat or a good coffee.
