Room available from 22nd June, move in date is negotiable, but rent is paid until then.

- Fully furnished bedroom with a small double bed
- Lovely window view facing Arthur’s Seat
- Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom
- Two storage rooms, so plenty of storage space

Rent and bills:
- Rent: £690 (excluding bills)
- Bills (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi): £80/month per person in summer (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi), higher in winter
- Council tax: Band D (20% discount for working professionals, since you’d be living with a student)

About me:
I’m a 25-year-old chemistry PhD student from Hong Kong. I’m tidy, friendly, and enjoy a good chat in the kitchen or living room. In my free time, I love hiking and playing volleyball.
My partner studies History in St Andrews and sometimes comes down to Edinburgh to visit on weekends. He’s really easygoing and respectful of space.

What I'm looking for:
Female postgraduate students or professionals. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and looking for a relaxing, calm environment.
