The rent is 700 inc bills (council tax, Internet and gas an electricity..

I am looking for someone who's available to move in asap (was previously advertised but removed due to a bereavement within family)

I have 2 beautiful cats so you need to LOVE cats. The house is always clean and litter trays are done daily so no issues with odour.
I am a laid back, very chilled and friendly person and would just like a person who likes a wee glass wine now and again and a catch up. I like the odd night out but just keep my head down during week for work.

I work from home Mon to Fri but some days in the office. So probably suit a professional

Location is 2 min to lochend Park and 2 min the Hibs stadium

Arthur Seat/Royal Mile/Holywood Palace/is about 15 mins away. Sainsbury's is 10 mins away. Bus stops are 10 min walk at Meadowbank or 15 min walk to Easter Road if you want to go to East Princess street. Leith walk is also 10-15
