Double room

Hi everyone! There’s a double room available in our Dalry flat from the 15th October.

The rent is £550 a month, and bills and council tax combined normally come to about £80 on top of that.

You’ll be living two lovely girls who are 23 and 25 so someone around that age would be ideal. Happy for students or professionals but should be willing to split the council tax.

The flats a great location, right opposite Lidl and 5-10 minute walk from Haymarket. We’re ground floor, but this room is at the back overlooking the garden (which I’ve never seen anyone in!)
