Double room in beautiful central penthouse flat

We are a household of moderately well-behaved women (most of the time, anyway) looking for some fresh meat to sacrifice to our alien overlords.

Kidding; we just want a new flatmate.

We’re professionals in our early thirties who like to relax with pasta, netflix, discussions of terrible cult tv, wine, and occasionally a social outing.

The house, and room, are furnished, in an unbelieveable central location, right near coffee shops, bars, supermarkets, pubs, transport of every kind, more bars, supermarkets, parks, pharmacies, and bars.

Room includes a window, double bed, and chest of drawers, a bedside table, and small desk, as well as access to a shared bathroom with shower. (Please note that the furniture will differ from pictured as things are shifting around in the house due to the move, but the listed basics are assured.)

Bills are not included in the listing but non-variable bills for council tax, internet, and power/gas are currently ~£100 per month.

Working from home is not an option in the flat, unfortunately, due to logisitical constraints. Our preference is for women and non-binary applicants to keep things balanced as they are; give us a shout if you’re keen, we’d love to hear from you.

We have one flatmate with serious allergies; there’s no restrictions on what others eat, but there’s a few safety protocols to be followed in the kitchen; these will be explained at interview, but feel free to ask for more info if necessary.
