A spacious double room is available for rent in a 3-person flat in Canonmills from 7th October 2024, young professionals preferred. The flat is on the top floor and gets a lot of sunlight so the room is nice and bright.

The room:
- Room comes furnished with a double bed, lots of storage space, a sink and a bedside table.

The location:

- 15 min walk to Waverley/Princes Street /St. James Centre, 10 min to Calton Hill, and next to several bus stops (Mansfield Place, York Place, Leith Street) which has regular connections to the city.

Bills and amenities:
- Two showers and two toilets to share among 3 people.
- Shared living room & kitchen with dining table area
- Fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine all provided in the kitchen
- The letting agency is Zone Letting, you’ll need to complete the referencing process with them and transfer the deposit over to the vacating tenant.

- Bills include about £50 for wifi, gas and electricity + £85 for council tax per person per month.

Who you’ll be sharing with:
You'd be living with two young professionals, Me (Jith) and Bart (he/him) who both work in engineering. Bart and I mainly work from the office, however, we will usually wfh once or twice a week. We are both pretty chill and enjoy a mix of hanging out together and spending time on their own. We like keeping the place clean and hygienic, and are very welcoming and friendly :)
