Price: £289/week (contract until 30th August 2025)
Location: 3rd floor Studio, quiet room with private bathroom and kitchen - 61-63 London Rd
Facilities: Accommodation includes a reception with security on weekends.
Nearby: Right next to a 24/7 McDonald's, Meadowbank Shopping Park (huge Lidl, Sainsbury's, KFC, etc.), and the Meadowbank Sports Centre for all your fitness and sports needs!
Transport: Super convenient! There's a bus stop right outside with routes 5, 45, 26, 4, and 44. Plus, it's only a 3-minute walk to another stop for routes 19 and 34. You can be on Princes Street in 15 minutes and reach the Old College in 20 minutes by bus.

Note: This is an official contract transfer, so you must be a student (no subletting).
