Large double room for rent in Newington

A nice large room with good views over the Pentlands is available for rent, available from November 1st!

You would be moving in with myself (24), Cate (22) and Tom (20). We are all professionals so would prefer another professional but older students are welcome as long you are willing to pay council tax :).

Tom and Cate are both from Australia and are easy going and good vibes, and I’m from the North of England and love my footy and food

We are all super chill and love a good chat but also respect each others privacy and keep the place clean. The agency is Swift lettings and have always been great. Bills + council tax are ~ £100 a month
